Mike is extremely responsive. Excellent contractor for our needs. We had him remodel our kitchen and two bathrooms. His company also upgraded several windows as well as installed new sheetrock and stucco. His painters are outstanding.
Mike’s prices are reasonable and were aligned with other bids I received. Most notable was Mike’s responsiveness and his ability to help us build relationships with many of the vendors who could manage our large amount of custom work such as cabinetry and tile.
Mike inspected his subcontractors’ work, and was quick to ensure changes or differences were reconciled.

We hired Property Pros Construction to do a kitchen remodel, which turned into a lot of other areas that also needed work. Mike and his team were very responsive and kept at the project to completion. He did a wonderful job, and after planning this project for the last 10 years, we are extremely happy with the results. Mike or his foreman were always willing to listen to new ideas, and made suggestions to the original plan to accommodate our ever-changing dreams. When something didn’t turn out to my liking, they were willing to come back and make the changes, even when it was my fault for not communicating properly exactly what I wanted. They didn’t leave any little bits and pieces hanging around and were good at working even the smallest detail to make sure it was to our liking. I’d highly recommend this company. If you’ve had a contractor that starts the job, then slacks on it, you’d be happy with this company.
I hired Property Pros Construction to fix up a home prior to sale. There was a lot to do. Removing old carpet and appliances, then numerous other things including: repairing and refinishing the hardwood floor; New tile work; cleaning and re-staining wood cabinets; re-carpeting; installing new appliances; lots of electrical work; re-roofing; and general cleanup.
Though we made several changes to the original contract, the final price was within budget.
Property Pros was recommended by our real estate agent and they worked with us to make sure the house presented itself well for sale.
