Your Dream Space in Three Simple Steps

At Property Pros Construction We know that embarking on a construction project can feel overwhelming. That’s why we’ve developed a streamlined three-step process.

Design

With a design or scope of work plan, we move forward with the finish materials selection. We arrange several meetings with you to select and purchase materials. Property Pros doesn’t sell products, so we don’t have a vested interest outside of the quality and quantity of the materials you’ve selected. We offer options of vendors we have worked with over the years or a vendor of your choice. Ultimately, we aim to work together to transform your vision into reality.

Build

Materials on site, Construction begins. We meet with inspectors and owners to assure we meet building code requirements and owner’s expectations. Upon completion the final step involves walking through the project with owners to execute the finishing touches to ensure we meet your standards. All of our experienced team members will do their very best to deliver a quality product; from the infrastructure concealed behind the walls, to what you’ll actually see in the space. We hand over the completed project to you, ready for your enjoyment.

Mike is extremely responsive and an excellent contractor for our needs. We had him remodel our kitchen and two bathrooms. His company also upgraded several windows and installed new sheetrock and stucco. His painters are outstanding.

We hired Property Pros Construction to remodel a kitchen, which turned into many other areas that also needed work. Mike and his team were very responsive and kept the project to completion. He did a wonderful job, and after planning this project for the last 10 years, we are extremely happy with the results. Mike or his foreman were always willing to listen to new ideas, and made suggestions to the original plan to accommodate our ever-changing dreams. When something didn't turn out to my liking, they were willing to come back and make the changes, even when it was my fault for not communicating properly exactly what I wanted. They didn't leave any little bits and pieces hanging around and were good at working even the smallest detail to make sure it was to our liking. I'd highly recommend this company.
