Detached Secondary Unit

Dear Mike and Staff,I wanted to thank you all for creating a new beautiful space in my old 1928 home. Your work was exceptional and I so appreciate the hard work, long hours and attention to detail that you all put in on every aspect of the project. You were all so professional, answered all my questions with patience, offered knowledgeable, experienced and skilled suggestions, and always with a smile on your faces and cheerful disposition. I still have a lot of "Heidi" projects to do since Mike has convinced me that I can do it myself. I wish there were more hours in the day to do them all, but I'll take my time to live in the new space and see what it's telling me to do.

This particular renovation project wasn't my first time at the contractor rodeo, but with Property Pros Construction at the helm, it was my first time working with a pleasant, reliable, and knowledgeable professional. From start to finish, Mike and his team were totally on point, responsive, transparent, ethical. There were no surprises, no promises unfilled, no expectations dashed. I would hire Property Pros again in a heartbeat for my next construction project. Doesn't get any better than Mike and his team.

Mike is extremely responsive and an excellent contractor for our needs. We had him remodel our kitchen and two bathrooms. His company also upgraded several windows and installed new sheetrock and stucco. His painters are outstanding.

We hired Property Pros Construction to remodel a kitchen, which turned into many other areas that also needed work. Mike and his team were very responsive and kept the project to completion. He did a wonderful job, and after planning this project for the last 10 years, we are extremely happy with the results. Mike or his foreman were always willing to listen to new ideas, and made suggestions to the original plan to accommodate our ever-changing dreams. When something didn't turn out to my liking, they were willing to come back and make the changes, even when it was my fault for not communicating properly exactly what I wanted. They didn't leave any little bits and pieces hanging around and were good at working even the smallest detail to make sure it was to our liking. I'd highly recommend this company. If you've had a contractor that starts the job and then slacks on it, you'd be happy with this company.
